Question: Is an 11'x11' room big enough for a pool table?

Moving into a new apartment next year, wondering if I could fit it.

The table will fit, but you won't have enough room around it to comfortably play, or even play at all. The general rule of thumb is 5 feet around each side, so even a bar table which is nominally 3.5 x 7 ft would require 13.5 x 17 ft of space at an absolute minimum.

NO, add 10 ft to the outside of the rails to accommodate the cue sticks. A 4'X8' table with 6" rails is 5'X9', +10'= 15' X19' room size, with no other furniture, Tables are for homes not apartments.
